Membership Standards
Agent Minimum Requirements:
To ensure that all members are dedicated to the luxury market, the following criteria must be met:
Experience Criteria:
Agents must have sold at least 3-4 homes in the past 12 months.
Must be full-time agents committed to the luxury real estate market.

Closed three (3) sides in the last 24 months at $1,000,000+ per transaction.
Closed three (3) sides in the last 24 months at three times the Average Sales Price (ASP) of your local MLS.
